If a blind man can't own a gun, then a deaf man would lose his freedom of speech.  Luckily, the courts disagree.

The police have had the guns for four years. I wonder what kind of condition they are in if they haven't had periodic maintenance cleanings. I also wonder if the police will be able to find them or did the guns disappear into some cop's gun safe at home?
