It's a sad statement

That there was ever any real question about this. Only in Moscow on the Catawba, I suppose.

An employee at a Subway restaurant in northeast Charlotte who shot and killed a robbery suspect in January will not face charges.

Don't even get me started on the use of the word "suspect" in that sentence.

There are two very good reasons why prosecutors were unable to achieve their desired outcome of charging the guy. The records of the two choir boys that he shot.
