2010 Eastern Randolph High School graduate Courtney Elliot has won the 62nd annual National High School Rodeo Association event in Gillette, WY.
I am just loving it. Every time one of these young ladies wins, Diane Feinstein, Schmuck Schumer et al ruin another pair of underwear.
