The new anti-civil rights AG

Eric Holder won his nomination for Attorney General 75-21. That means that a lot of people with an (R) after their name voted for this guy, supposedly because he kinda-sorta won't go after CIA operatives who have "harshly interrogated" terrorist prisoners. (Doing the math, it also seems that 4 Senators were MIA.)

I don't have the names of the guilty, but as soon as I can track them down, I'll put them up.

Edit: I should have known David Codrea would find the names of the scoundrels. North Carolina split, as I expected, with Richard Burr (R) voting "no" and Kay Hagen (Leftist) voting "yes". I miss Elizabeth Dole already.

The names of the guilty are:
  • Sessions (R-AL)
  • Murkowski (R-AK)
  • Kyl (R-AZ)
  • McCain (R-AZ) (Surprise! Back to being a "maverick" again.) (JD Hayworth, run for this seat!)
  • Martinez (R-FL) (Not voting. Thanks for being there for your constituents, Mel.)
  • Chambliss (R-GA) (Another Surprise! After running on the "Keep the Dems from a filibuster-proof majority" ticket. Rat Bastard.)
  • Isakson (R-GA)
  • Lugar (R-IN)
  • Grassley (R-IA)
  • Collins (R-ME)
  • Snowe (R-ME)
  • Bond (R-MO)
  • Gregg (R-NH)
  • Voinovich (R-OH)
  • Specter (R-PA)
  • Reed (D-RI)
  • Alexander (R-TN)
  • Corker (R-TN)
  • Bennett (R-UT)
  • Hatch (R-UT)
(Hopefully I haven't included anyone who doesn't deserve to be on the list or missed anyone who does. Mk. I Eyeball and all that.)

As far as I'm concerned, this is the beginning fo the list of RINOs that need to be purged from the GOP.
