Given European proclivities, I bet the PSH factor went off the scale:

German police have discovered a well-preserved WWII anti-aircraft cannon in a German man's garage...

Apparently, this guy had quite a collection by their standards--he even had 15,000 rounds of ammo. Of course, by our standards, that's a few weekends of shooting.
